Dancing Clothes and Shoes:
All clothing items and shoes may be obtained through the Wellesley Capezio Store (see address below). They maintain a copy of what is needed for our school and for your class.

Hair:
All dancers are expected to tie their hair back and off the face. Ballet dancers should tie their hair up in a bun at the back of their head and loose ends should also be secured. You may use special hair items to secure your hair in a bun, but please keep them as understated as possible.

Jewelry, watches, earrings, etc.:
Theses items should remain at home or be stowed safely in a dance bag. There is always a risk of losing a precious item, therefore these items should not come to class to begin with. The no jewelry rule also reduces the risk of catching items on clothing or causing injury to yourself or someone else during class exercises. The only exceptions to this rule are for jewelry that must remain on for medical, religious, or cultural reasons. Dance Attire Find the items for your uniform at
